Middle Fork Jeep Fest for Mission K9 Warrior

Join us at the Vermilion County Fairgrounds for a family-friendly day of Jeeps, community, and support for veterans. This annual fundraiser brings together Jeep owners, spectators, sponsors, vendors, and local supporters to benefit Mission K9 Warrior.

The event takes place at 17528 N 1180 East Rd, Oakwood, IL 61858, with gates opening at 10 AM. Visitors can enjoy jeep show, trophies, vendors, kids zone, 50/50, demonstration area, mud, food trucks, and a DJ.

Supporting Mission K9 Warrior

This event is a fundraiser for Mission K9 Warrior in Georgetown, Illinois. Proceeds help provide local veterans with PTSD service dogs at no charge.

Mission K9 Warrior is a program of American Legion Post 203 in Georgetown, Illinois, which helps fund and place PTSD service dogs with veterans in need.

Admission

Vendors and Sponsors

We are grateful for everyone who has already committed to supporting Jeep Fest. We are still accepting sponsor and vendor inquiries. Questions about either should be directed to middleforkjeepshow@yahoo.com.

Vendors

Vendor application details will be shared soon.

Vendor space is $25 per vendor. If you need electricity, the fairgrounds charges an additional $25. Unless we receive a last-minute cancellation, food vendor spaces are currently full.

Sponsorship information is available by request.

Jeep Fest depends on the generosity of sponsors and donors. We welcome donations of goods, services, and financial support, including door prizes and raffle items, larger silent auction items, and used Jeep parts for Show & Shine trophies.

Volunteer Opportunities

We need volunteers to help make Jeep Fest a success. Please reach out through our Facebook page if you would like to help for part of the day.

  • Gate entrance
  • Parking
  • Assist with club vendor tables: general info, sell t-shirts, monitor silent auction tables, etc.
  • Sell raffle tickets
  • Supervise the kids area
  • Spotters for the demonstration and mud area
  • Event security for those with appropriate experience
  • Set up and clean up

Accommodations

Camping:

  • Vermilion County Fairgrounds: RV and tent camping with electric hookups and shower house are available. No registration required - just show up. Fairgrounds personnel will come by your site to check you in after you get settled in. Cost is $25/night for RV/electric and $15 per night for tent camping (no electric). Note, there is no dump station on site - closest is at Kickapoo. There might be dump stations at a truck stop along I-74 in Oakwood, IL and Covington, IN.
  • Kickapoo State Park in Oakwood.
  • Middle Fork River Forest Preserve, 3485 County Rd 2700 E, Penfield, IL 61862.
  • Rolling Hills Campground, 3151 County Rd 2800 E, Penfield, IL 61862.
